Australia’s first Vegan and Organic Plum wine
Tentaka Honkaku Umeshu. Tentaka is totally committed to organic sake production and is one of 5 triple certified organic sake breweries in Japan. And early this year they received Vegan certification.
Stocks are very limited of this plum wine and it is expected to sell out quickly.
For those who prefer a very dry and light style sake we have more of the Tentaka Organic Junmai. Their originator is often quoted by those in the sake fraternity for saying “if it isn’t dry, it isn’t sake”. Whilst we don’t agree with him we admire his dedication.
