About our soy & edamame All of our soy and edamame are grown on family-owned farms in Northern Japan that utilize “gen-noyaku”, the practice of using minimal agrochemicals. Our edamame is picked first thing in the morning and brought directly to our processing plant to lock-in the fresh flavor and nutrition. No time sitting in a warehouse or container. You can feel good about enjoying out products—they help support the community and environment.
