After tasting a variety you can buy bottles of what you like at reduced prices to take home (or leave to collect the next day).

Japanese Craft Beer & Cider

If sake's not your thing come to indulge in the wonderful world of Japanese Craft Beer, Cider & Gin. Buy a beer tasting ticket (cider included) and sample 8 x 100ml of beers from the frozen north of Iwate to the sunny south of Yamaguchi. Sample diverse tastings from chocolate beer to Japanese Schwartz and Yuzu beer. 

Japanese Shochu

If beer and cider don't grab you either, maybe you're a spirits person. Don't worry. We have you covered with our shochu tasting with imo, mugi and kome shochu from Okayama and Kagoshima.

Japanese Fruit Liqueur

Still not satisfied? How about the tang of tart yuzu-shu (Japanese citrus lemon like liqueur) or a variety of plum wines from the icy north of Akita to the sunny climes of Ehime.

Transport: 100m from Mosman Park train, park on Ecclesbourne st.

FREE ENTRY, $15 (earlybird price) for a wristband with tabs for 10 tastes of sake or plum wine plus a ceramic sake cup to use for tasting and take home after (hopefully to use for your sake tasting pleasure). $20 for shochu tasting. $30 for beer tasting.
