Ken Junmai Ginjo 1.8L

Sake royalty. Much can be said about this junmai ginjo but space precludes us. Needless to say that all Katsuyama sake is not pressed using traditional 'yabuta' method but using the much slower (and better) 'shizuku' method. Instead of one 'pressing' per day they are limited to one 'dripping' a week. The quality shows. Unfortunately so does the price. But if you can afford it it is a wise choice. This particular nihonshu is a multi (Japanese) award winner and is greatly admired in Japan. (1.8L bottle shown. 720mL different shape ).
