Plum wines and fruit liqueur from all over Japan. From the icy snow fields of Akita where they age them for years to the sunny clime of Ehime where the abundant sunshine produces a full ripe flavour. We have plum wines from Aichi, Okayama, Ehime, Akita and Chiba. The high end 'Shizuku' from Ehime uses aged sake from around 20 years old sake. The Ehime (Eikoo) and Kojika from Kagoshima plum wine use Shochu in its blend. The rest are sake based which give them a more gentle flavour.
