Made of Fusanomai rice from Boso peninsula and spring water from the base of a large mound next to their premises creating softness in the body. This Junmai Ginjo sake has firm taste and is clearly fruit driven exhibiting honeydew melon and lychee all around. Nice with sushi or sashimi. Best cold.
