Classic Kame no O, 720ml and 1.8L

Senkin Classic Kame no O is sake made by the Usui brothers of Tochigi using traditional brewing methods. Brewed using 100% ancient rice Kame no O - a pernickety specimen that needs 100% hand cultivation and one of the most expensive rice strains in Japan. The sake is delicate but with a juicy full mouthfeel with a peachy intensity and high acidity like a wine. We would recommend a quality wine glass to taste this.
