Aerating or decanting sake? Miyoshikiku from Tokushima

We came across an interesting article by a sake expert and writer that we can always rely on to learn about sake, Julian from Sake Advocate. It has lots of interesting info on the pros and cons of aeration of nihonshu.

We advise you all to read it, and here is the link.

He also wrote a great article on Miyoshikiku which actually lead us to make the journey to the remote wilderness of Tokushima to check this guy and his sake out. It's a good read. We couldn't have said it better ourselves.
