Shipping Standard deliveries - Australia
We deliver Australia-wide.
For store pickup come to 18 Glyde street Tsunami (we share a shop front with Tsunami restaurant) from 4-10:30pm. Email sales@supersake if you want an earlier pickup time. We can arrange special pickups by appointment from 1pm.
We will send your items within 1 - 2 working days of receipt of order. Depending on the shipping address, you will receive your order within 2 – 10 working days (excluding Public Holidays) once payment has been received. For delivery we use Australia Post (eParcel). Due to Australia wide liquor regulations all deliveries must be signed for by someone over 18 years.
Free shipping (over a certain amount as varies from time to time) does not include Express shipping. This must be paid for by customer. If you want to order 'nama' (unpasteurised) sake you will need to pay Express. We will also wait until Monday to ship so that it reaches you in unspoilt condition. There are no refunds with nama products.
If your parcel is sent by Australia Post, your parcel will be sent to the nearest Australian post office and a card will be left for you to collect your items.
We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery time however due to circumstances outside of our control your order may be delayed. Due to circumstances beyond our control SuperSake cannot guarantee delivery time frames.
You can pick up your order/buy sake in-store from 4pm to 10:30pm. SuperSake operates out of Tsunami's premises at 18 Glyde street Mosman Park 6012
By appointment from 2pm - simply let us know the time.
