Shipping Standard deliveries - Australia

We deliver Australia-wide.

For store pickup come to 18 Glyde street Tsunami (we share a shop front with Tsunami restaurant) from 4:30-10:30pm. Email retail.supersake@gmail.com if you want an earlier pickup time. We can arrange special pickups by appointment from 4pm.

We will send your items within 1 - 2 working days of receipt of order. Depending on the shipping address, you will receive your order within 2 – 10 working days (excluding Public Holidays) once payment has been received. For delivery we use Australia Post (eParcel). Due to Australia wide liquor regulations all deliveries must be signed for by someone over 18 years.

Free shipping (over a certain amount, usually $150). As of November 2023 Australia Post does not allow express shipping on sake. Therefore all ’nama’ (unpasteurised) sakes are ‘pickup at store’ (Glyde St Mosman Park) only. We regret this but it is out of our control. The decision was Australia Post, not ours. 
Unfortunately we are unable to send sake by express post any more, our eparcel account has been changed to standard post only, this means we wouldn't be able to do express post for the safe carafes and sake cups, pots either. 

If your parcel is sent by Australia Post, your parcel will be sent to the nearest Australian post office and a card will be left for you to collect your items.

We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery time however due to circumstances outside of our control your order may be delayed. Due to circumstances beyond our control SuperSake cannot guarantee delivery time frames.

You can pick up your order/buy sake in-store from 4:30pm to 10:30pm. SuperSake operates out of Tsunami's premises at 18 Glyde street Mosman Park 6012
