The sakes below come from Hiroshima, Okayama and Niigata. The Imada is a fruity sparkling sake, the Gozenshu is a savoury strong Junmai that is best heated and with food, and the Niigata sake is best cold and enjoyed on its own or with nigiri sushi or sashimi.
