Ultra high quality IWC multi award winning koshu based plum wine, this is exported around the world, even to Spain where it's popular amongst lovers of Sherry. Award winning at IWC. Extremely limited quantity. Made using 1995 vintage sake matured at cold temperatures found in snowy Akita. Sasaki san, the kuramoto, is known as 'king of koshu' in Akita. His style and craftsmanship certainly shows with this product, arguably the best plum wine in Australia.
